I am co-worker of Kelly’s from Toast, and was deeply saddened by this news. I got to know Kelly while taking a leadership program that he was running, and through our shared love of our Loaf of Hope community that exists to help employees who are dealing with the challenges of cancer or caring for loved ones going through cancer battles. Kelly's engagement with the community where he shared what he was going through, and offered support for others was brave and genuine. Kelly was a gem of a human and I will miss him.
I am so very sorry for your loss. I knew Kelly during his time at Tufts University and have some amazing memories. One very special memory was a Red Sox game on Patriot's Day. He was a special person. Gone to soon. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
Kelly had an awesome spirit, I remember him as kind, loving and fun. He always made me laugh throughout high school and college and I'm sure that continued for others as he ventured throughout life. ❤️
I was so sorry to hear this. I still remember meeting Kelly my first week at Wayfair and how his energy filled a room. So sorry for your loss and thinking of your family.
Dear Susan and Jerome, My heart aches for you and your family with this sad news. Kelly sounded like a wonderful man and it must be so hard on you and Madeline to deal with this loss. I want to let you know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers. With deepest sympathy, Marcia and Gary
Sending love and condolences to you all. I remember Kelly as such a happy and sweet guy, he was just another great example of what a solid and loving family the Madden family always has been.
Just as many others have mentioned, I wanted to say how personally touched I was by Kelly and his ability to go out of his way to help anyone he knew (even if only a little bit). We did not know each other well at Wayfair, only from a few meetings and mutual friends. Still, when I got laid off at Wayfair and reached out to him about jobs at Toast, he immediately answered my cold linkedin message with the greatest amount of warmth, treating me like a close friend or colleague that he wanted to highly recommend. He went well out of his way to connect me with several people and spent time on me with multiple calls brainstorming different roles that would be good for me. He was an amazing man and I feel so lucky to have known him and had the good fortune of working with you (Madeline) in not one, but two companies.
My heart breaks to hear this news. Kelly was such a light at Williams - we lived next door to each other in Tyler Annex. Sending strength to his family and to Everett, your Ephs family is always here for you ♥️
Love you Cousin Mad. You have stayed so strong through it all and I know that you and baby Everett have such a bright future ahead with Kelly always in your hearts and protecting you. I hopefully get to see you soon and meet Everett. Love you bunches.
Madeline & Everett, Sending you and the whole Madden family so much love during this difficult time. You're amazing examples of living every moment to it's fullest and I'm thinking of you both.
Susan and Jerry we are heartbroken for you and your family for the loss of Kelly. Please know that our prayers and love are with you and your family. All our love, Carmela and Steve
