Julio was a great and respectful man. He enjoyed life to the fullest, he was passionate about his family.

He always had a big smile and an exuberant voice in welcoming Serge and myself to his home.

He was a great friend, he will be dearly missed.

While I never knew this great man, I have the pleasure of being friends with his two sons.  Just knowing how well these two guys were raised, i can only imagine what Julio Sr was like. Condolences to the entire Desir family

Every time I have been privileged enough to be around the remarkable Desir family it always struck me was how relaxed and loving everyone was. What an incredible success Papi and Mona have built. Happiness is increasingly elusive and I know his family gave him astronomical happiness.

I’m so sorry to learn of Julio’s passing.  A beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend to many, he enriched the lives of so many through his boisterous laugh and infectious smile.  I have many fond memories of him growing up.  He was a pillar in the Haitian community and will be sorely missed.  But he will live on in our hearts forever.  My deepest condolences on your loss and may God bless your family and bring you comfort during this difficult time.
