Julio Desir, Sr., 81, of Redford, Michigan, passed away on February 5th, 2022.
Julio was born on July 22nd, 1940 to Mullery Desir and Luména Jean-Baptiste in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. After graduating from Jean Marie-Guilloux and Lycee Petion in Haiti, he went on to study Engineering at Newark New Jersey Institute of Technology and Political Science at Long Island University.
