Joseph Francis Pascale, age 48, of San Jose, California, passed away on June 3, 2025. He was born on March 22, 1977, in Pocatello, Idaho, to Lucille Pascale (Boule) and the late Joseph Vincent Pascale. Joe was a devoted husband, father, son, brother-in-law, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend who touched the lives of everyone he met. Known for his infectious smile that could light up any room, his contagious energy, and his unwavering support for those around him, Joe had an incredible ability to bring people together, lift morale, and inspire those in his presence. He set high standards for himself and those he cared for, always encouraging others to reach their full potential. Joe was fiercely devoted to his family and took immense pride in his wife and children and the life they built together.
After earning a BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing from The Ohio State University, Joe pursued a successful 25-year career in the semiconductor industry. He began in a Tactical Marketing Engineer role at Chartered Semiconductor and navigated the company through various transformations, ultimately serving as the Senior Director of Sales, US West at Global Foundries. At work, Joe was admired as a leader who found joy and humor even in the toughest challenges. He brought fun and levity when others needed it most and inspired his colleagues to grow and excel.
