Mrs. Pascale, I am so sorry for the loss of your beloved son Joseph. Please accept my sincere condolences. I wish you beautiful memories of him to hold in your heart forever, the love of family and friends to comfort you, and faith in God to sustain you.  Ada Marin, MD
I was so very sorry to hear about Joseph's passing.  I am a former work colleague of Lucille Pascale and was a guest at Joseph and Katie's wedding and remember what a kind and caring person he was.  Lucille was so proud of Joseph and I enjoyed hearing about him and his many accomplishments over the years.  My deepest condolences to the Pascale family.

From the Plotkin Family…we are devastated to hear the news of Joe’s passing. We pray for all of you from deep in our hearts.  Sending love.

I was in shock when I heard the news of Joe's passing.  I worked with Joe at GlobalFoundries- even though we are in different offices, 1000s of miles apart, he is always there to connect, Coach, and enlighten!  Miss you , Joe, my friend! May your soul be blessed ever!  Rest at the feet of the lord 🙏

Always the guy with the smile and generous with your time! We lost a good one of that there is no doubt!

My deepest condolences to the family!

I am deeply saddened to hear this. Joe’s  kindness, dedication, and positive spirit made a lasting impact on me, and I will truly miss them.

My thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with their family and loved ones during this difficult time.

I want to express my deepest sympathy to Joe's family and to everyone that is feeling his loss.

Joe was one of the finest human beings I ever met.   Joe understood people on a deep level.  He made connections about  people that most people missed.  He knew how to bring people together to unite in a common cause.  Because of these traits, he made a great salesperson and an even a better person.

I recognize the close-up selfie with New York City in the background.  We were standing on a walkout deck of a hotel in New York City, celebrating GlobalFoundries' IPO.  This was something that Joe had worked so long and so hard for.  We didn't talk about work or the IPO, however.  We talked about life and family.   It was so easy to connect with Joe and talk about serious issues.   I enjoyed every conversation with Joe and I will miss him dearly.

I will always remember Joe for his great sense of humor and warm smile.  He will live in my heart forever.

My sincere condolences to Joe's family.  May you find love and strength from loved ones during this difficult time.

My deepest condolences to Katie, Joseph, Sophie, Hailey, and the entire Pascale family. I was truly shocked and heartbroken to hear of Joe’s passing. It still feels surreal—part of me still expects to hear him pop up on our weekly calls, bringing his signature humor, infectious laugh, and sass.

I’ve had the privilege of knowing Joe for over 20 years, going back to our days at Chartered. We worked closely together for many years and shared many customer trips. Joe always had a story to tell—usually funny, always memorable. He was more than a colleague; he was a teacher, a mentor who led by example, and a steady source of guidance during challenging times.

Joe was also a loyal friend who looked out for those around him. Joe was a wonderful family man who often spoke with such warmth and pride about Katie and his beautiful kids. His love for his family was always front and center.

Joe’s passing is a profound loss. My heart goes out to the Pascale family. I hope you find comfort and strength in the many wonderful memories you shared with him—just as we all will. He will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.

May Joe rest in peace.

Lucille,

I was so shocked and saddened to hear of Joe's passing.  He was such a great guy in so many ways.  After leaving GF whenever we would run into each other he was always that same person with so much positive energy.  I feel blessed for knowing him and having him as a friend.  My prayers and deepest condolences to you and your kids.  Im so sorry I couldn't make it to his funeral services.

Sorry for the loss. Joe was an amazing person to work with him. I will miss him.
It is difficult to find words to express my shock when I heard the news about Joe's passing. I had worked alongside Joe during my first 10 years at GF but when I made the decision to move to sales after two decades of engineering, I ended up under Joe's wing and really got to appreciate what a great person he was. Joe was the perfect mentor I could ask for - I learnt so much from him, not just through instruction, but more from observation. Joe was the ultimate people person. I have not seen anyone show the levels of empathy that Joe did. He would go out of his way to make time to listen and offer kind words for whoever needs them in addition to helping in other ways that he could. My heartfelt condolences to the Pascale family and prayers for their strength during this phase
My heartfelt condolences for the loss of Joe Pascale. His infectious laughter brightened our days at Chartered, his tenacity to garner business, and his passion for Ohio State football was unmatched. Wish we could have shared the thrill of the Natty in Atlanta this past January. He’ll forever be missed and cherished by everyone. See you in a bit Buckeye!
