Night Before the IPO - Joe pr…
Night Before the IPO - Joe proclaiming that he made a promise to his dad to wear a tie, as always he was good to his word the next day. Always tried true. Love you Joe.
Joe was an amazing person and a great colleague -From the first customer trip to Qualcomm to the next 10+years, we had a great relationship working together. My heartfelt condolences to his family

I love Joe Pascale and miss him. Allow me to share a few thoughts about the brother I knew for 13 years:

I’ve never met an outstanding professional, who like Joe delivered big time when it counted while never compromising his time with family, his passion for human kindness, and belief that complex problems can be solved without comprising who you are. Make no mistake, during his career Joe had managers / supervisors, but when Joe was involved everyone worked for Joe - he just had the magic touch.

He is the only person I’ve ever met who when I told him I was attending the Super Bowl, he responded “you’ll enjoy it, I’ve been 7 times” :)

He had this amazing ability to make you better. To call you out on your mistakes in a way that was empathetic, direct, insightful, and provoked positive change. He had this power regardless of where the recipient sat in hierarchy or station… and know it: he always led with a smile.

We were both raised in deeply Catholic households, and when I told him I was named after Juan Diego (to Catholics, the person who the Virgen de Guadalupe appears to), he raised bar by telling me his real name was Joseph Francis (as Catholic as it gets) - Joe wins again. I renamed him “The Pope” henceforth.

Joe and I were born a few months apart. He has a great family and I think I do too. To say goodbye so soon is hard to comprehend, it’s hard to accept. We all feel so much for him and his family. But what he meant to many of us, and what he taught us, changed us. I believe a tiny bit of Joe lives on with us and in how we will honor who he was.

Love to Joe’s family and all who cared for him.

I will miss Joe ordering chicken sandwich at every restaurant. I will miss Joe  retelling your family break fishing in Cape Cod. I will miss Joe’s generosity and  jokes. I will miss Joe  raving about you 4,  his mom and his dad, how great you all are. I will miss Joe remembering about everyone’s stories, families and being amazing at connecting with others.  I will miss Joe being late because he fell asleep in the shower!  I will miss Joe giving us one of your life size  plush bears y’all bought for us to have a mascot at work.  That bear did some horse riding on Scott Seely’s late horse, went line dancing at Saddle Rack, and played GF Santa every Christmas time. I will miss Joe’s independent spirit.

Bref, I will miss Joe. A lot.

Joe, I will miss your warmth, friendship and compassion, love for football and all things Disney. May your soul rest in peace and my prayers are with Katie and the kids to navigate this challenging time.
This happened way too soon for this incredible family…our sincerest condolences for your loss,  to Kati & family & Lucille!!  Sending hugs to all! From Mike & Sherry in Arizona
Joe was a man among men. He was a wonderful family man and always found time to talk about his wife and children. He had an infectious smile that would light up a room. A great friend and colleague and will be sorely missed. Rest in peace Joe.

Joe @ GF IPO — with Joe Pascale
I am shocked and saddened to hear of Joe’s passing. He was the life of the party and I truly enjoyed working with him. My condolences to his family which he spoke of often.
My deepest condolences and sympathy to Joe’s family. I worked with Joe for the last several years and always appreciated his sharp mind and ability to create light and at the same time respectful atmosphere around him. The world became emptier place without Joe. Rest in peace.

Joe was a true gentleman and an outstanding colleague. My heart goes out to his family at this time. May Joe RIP.

God bless, Terry Daly

Very shocked and sorry to hear about Joe's passing.  Joe was an amazing colleague who led with his heart.  I appreciated his passion, collaboration and standing up for what was right.  Sending my sincere condolences to his family whom he spoke of so highly.  You shined a strong light for all of us Joe!

Prayer to Joe's family.  I'm in disbelief.

Although only worked with Joe for a short time he was one of the nicest reps I've known.

I am shocked and am in total disbelief. He has been one of the most supportive and kindest individuals I have known. I worked with him at Globalfoundries and we kept in touch as I moved on. I pray for him and his family.  It is hard ...
My sincere condolences to Joe's family. I worked with Joe whilst I was at GF and I always enjoyed our interactions. Joe was such a collaborative colleague and exuded friendliness. It's shocking to hear of his passing at such a young age. I'll always remember Joe talking about this long summer trips driving to Cape Cod with the dogs in his car.

My condolences to Joe's family. I first met Joe when I joined GlobalFoundries 8 years ago.  While working together to land several high profile customer engagements we would often blend work and life into the conversations.  We would cover a variety of topics - 80's football given his dad's work, an on-going debate over the best Sundae Shop on the Cape, driving cross country, college football - always coming back to work and finding a solution that was right.Joe was awesome in that regard, he was always very aware of the people he came in contact with.  He opened himself up to others to try and help make them better, and made concerted efforts to help based on action - He walked the walk.

I recently left GF, and he called me after I started my new gig to catch up and see how things were going.  Such a genuinely good person - we are all going to miss him in our lives.

Hard to believe… My sincere condolences.
I am so very saddened to hear of Joe's unexpected passing.  I loved working with Joe and gentle hassling we would give each other about Big 10 favorites.  He was always smiling and an absolute pleasure to work with.  He will be truly missed.
I'm saddened to learn today of Joe's unexpected passing.  Joe was truly a good light at Globalfoundries, focusing on the essential and minimizing the editorial.  He will be missed as a great example (and for more), but his influence will carry on through others he impacted, myself included.  Please accept my heart felt condolences.
I can’t believe this was ever real. I saw Joe not even a year ago and his passing really shocked me and saddened me. He was such an energetic and humorous guy. My deepest condolences to Joe’s family.
I was shocked and saddened to learn of Joe's passing. I only knew and worked with him for a few years, but he shaped so much of the GlobalFoundries story and was a key partner to my team and me. I feel like I can still hear his deep, booming laugh, and feel the contagious energy that he brought to every conversation. I send my condolences to all who knew and loved Joe, and hope that wonderful memories of him will be a comfort during this sad time.
I am so very saddened to hear that Joe has passed. He was one of the kindest people I have ever met. He was a great friend and colleague. I send my prayers and deepest condolences to his family.

My most heat felt and deepest condolences to Joe's family.

I first met Joe when I joined GlobalFoundries in early 2021.

I had the honor and pleasure of working with Joe for over four years. Joe was one of my top Senior Sales Leaders.

What comes to mind when I think about Joe is integrity, passion, empathy, loyalty, commitment, honorable, and deep love and admiration for his family.

Over the four years we worked together, Joe and I developed and cultivated a deep and enduring trust.

He was and remains now one of my most admired and most trusted Friends,

Many will miss you dearly, Joe...I will miss you dearly.

Rest well my dear friend; your energy and spirit are with your family and with all those you've touched.

My condolences, Joe was such a great friend and roommate at Ohio State. I remember all the calls he made to his family and how devoted he was.
Katie, I am so deeply sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to you, Joseph, Sophie, and Hailey. Please know you are not alone; I am thinking of you along with so many others. I'm sending love, strength, and comfort you're way. I'm here if I can help in any way.
