Dr Joseph M. Charles Jr.. Joe, as he is affectionately known, passed peacefully in his sleep on Saturday May 7th 2022.

Joe was born on St Thomas on July 2nd 1965 where he attended the Apostolic Faith School, Peace Corps Elementary, and Ivanna Eudora Kean High School (1982).

He left the island at the age of 17 to pursue his education at Michigan State University where he earned a bachelor's degree, and a MD in …
