John was truly one of a kind, a great man with a full life.  Honored to gotten know him over the years.  Our best to the family - God Bless.

John was the highlight of Bible study! He questioned everything, escalating  our quest to know God to a higher level. John, you are missed!

I loved to talk with John about whatever the "topic of the day" he wanted to discuss.  He was so knowledgeable about so many things that he educated me while allowing me to have my own opinion, even if it wavered from his thoughts.  I admired  his vast wisdom and his love and devotion to Sue.  He is greatly missed and I am so glad that Scott and I had the opportunity to get to know him.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. We appreciate the upcoming opportunity to honor John and celebrate his life.
