Dr. John Elliott Morgan II, age 77, entered Heaven’s gates from Collinsville, Alabama on Thursday, May 1, having been surrounded in his final weeks by family, friends, and loved ones. He was born on April 30, 1948 in Nashville, Tennessee, the son of the late John Elliott Morgan and Joyce Bradbury Morgan.
