Mary Ellen We are so sorry for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.
John and I were kindred spirits in our love of water (and growing up on skateboards), but his legendary skills on all types of boards - on land, sea or snow - defied the laws of physics.  John was in a league of his own!  His love and enthusiasm for fun, friends and family remain an inspiration for all.  We send love and prayers for Mary Ellen and family.   David Dickinson and Claudia Lyons

John brought me into his life with his love for bikes and every kind of outdoor adventure.  His love and support were monumental when my life fell apart in 2020, and he helped me rebuild my life after that.  It's impossible to list all the ways that I am a better man because of him and impossible to express all the many ways I will miss him.  With love to Mary Ellen, Caleb and Elie.

Three kids having fun! John's birthday last year — with John, Pedro and Sara
It seems like every scenario John touched became sweeter, wiser, gentler, and / or funnier.  What an unrepeatable combination of love, athleticism, compassion, and intellect! What a blessing he has been in my life as Full Circle's music teacher. He started out as one of my "bosses" and became a true friend. Like everyone else who knew him, I send boatloads of love to Mary Ellen, Caleb, Ellie, and all of John's loved ones.

We are sending so much love to you the friends family! John was such a special kind and amazing human. He created a space where kids could grow and love learning! The stories after each day of math class were special and unique. His love for adventure and snowboarding excited our little Ellie! Thinking of you all during this difficult time and sending all our love. Heather, Wiley and Ellie
