Thank you for being part of Zeiss during your journey through life. You brought so much experience, vitality and spark to your teammates at Zeiss. You challenged us to do more; if we thought it too much I'm pretty sure you once said, "Well I AM a princess you know..."

Dear Tom, Hudson, Harrison and all of Jessica's family,

I am so sorry for your loss.  I first met Jessica in 2002 when I was studying mechanical engineering at UC Irvine.  We got through many tough classes together: studying on campus and working hard.  She was incredibly kind and intelligent.  When we finished big exams or wrapped up the semester we'd celebrate with a bunch of our classmates at our on campus pub.  I wish we kept in touch more often and recently I had reached out regarding our 20yr anniversary from graduating from UCI.  I was going to catch up with her again and learned of her recent passing.  She lived life to the fullest and was full of spirit.  One day when her kiddos grow up, I'd love to show them the campus and classes her Mom worked so hard at.  A fun fact, while she was a student at UCI she was also a face character at Disneyland - she was Mulan.
