Jennings Randolph III was born in St. Louis, Missouri on January 31, 1969 and died November 18, 2022. Jay Junior, as he was known by most, graduated from Ladue High School and the University of South Carolina. Jay was a talented junior golfer, earning a scholarship to play for South Carolina.
