I Don Nelson was her Campus Life Director at her high school in Federal Way. She joined our bicycle trip from Santa Barbara to Santa Cruz traveling along coast Highway 1. I along with some of her classmates have been trying to find her over the past 10 yrs. We hope to join you with Jesus soon sorry we didn't find you before you went home.

I am very sad to hear of the passing of my college roommate at WSU in 1983. Jennifer Adair (Foster). Jennifer was full of life and always so much fun. She was wonderfully quirky, so we had that in common. We both loved studying Spanish. I credit Jennifer for influencing me to change my major and go into Bilingual/Bicultural Education at WSU. She came home from class one day from her anatomy class (smelling like formaldehyde) and announced that there was something called Bilingual Education. "We can use our Spanish. I'm changing my major. Lauri, you should do it, too!" So, I did. We were in all of our Spanish, Bilingual Ed classes, Mexican history, and education classes together. There were only 6 of us who graduated in Bilingual/Bicultural Education at Washington State University in 1986. I am so proud of Jennifer and happy to hear that she was a beloved educator in California. All who knew her were blessed by her sincerity, kindness, and her faith. Rest in peace, dear friend. I will treasure the memories. My condolences to Mark and the family, our thoughts and prayer are with you.

Mark, our condolences for the loss of Jennifer. I’ll never forget her being one of my roommates in the girls’ house on ‘D’ street. She was always lighthearted, silly and smiling. The Lord used her to make me feel welcome in the house since I didn’t know everyone. Steve and I are praying for you and your boys. Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted. May you find this promise to be true🙏❤️

I’m so sorry for the loss of Jennifer. I was one of her roommates in college and she was such a joy! I remember the quirky fun way about her and the lessons she would create for her education degree. I wanted to change majors! Jennifer was a sincere, kind, honest, compassionate, loving soul. The world needs more people like her. Her presence will be greatly missed on this earth. My condolences to Mark and her children.

Jennifer is my cousin. I lived with them growing up for a year and a half. I will always have those memories.

There are few as kind and gentle as Jennifer. She was not only a gracious host and a remarkable cook, but also a beautiful conversationalist. Our talks would wander effortlessly—from books to life, and everything in between. I once tried to convince her to take up birding, and she did. She found such joy in it. Every now and then, she’d send me delightful messages describing the birds she’d spotted: “I saw this one, and that one—what do you think it was?” I’d try to guess, sometimes wildly.
That was Jennifer—curious, joyful, and endlessly kind. Mark and Jennifer are like my family. Her presence was light and warmth, and she will be deeply missed.
