Jeff's obituary
Known to many as Bubba, he had outgoing and fearless spirit but yet a gentle and considerate side that was ever-present in his daily interactions, with everyone he met.
Jeff's quick wit and wisdom were such a huge part his personality that will be profoundly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing and loving him.
While we mourn Jeff's passing, let's remember him as the beacon of light he was, guiding us with his laughter and wisdom.
To honor him, let's celebrate his life, remembering all the moments that made Jeff "Bubba" Balmer the truly extraordinary man he was. He may have departed from this world, but his spirit lives within us, inspiring us to live our lives to the fullest, just as he always did.
