Jansen, You will always be my…
2011
Jansen, You will always be my little Jan’s! You were like a little brother to me. I’m so blessed to have known you and to have had our friendship. You’ve impacted so many peoples lives. You were so smart, witty and creative and always knew how to make people feel good about themselves. You were also very honest and caring. You saw everyone for who they were and accepted them without judgment. In my eyes you were larger than life. My deepest condolences to the family. Jansen was such a special soul and he was truly one of a kind. Heaven has gained a very special Angel and I miss that adorable and mischievous smile!

Jansen always had a warm smile, a kind heart and a way of making every Mom feel special and appreciated. His love and devlotion to his own mother gave him this abilty, and as a Mom I felt that respect from him as well.

On a couple of family ski trips particularly, I remember Jansen as a joy to be around...funny, charming and welcoming. I hold my own son much closer now, as he too feels the pain from the passing of a childhood friend. Jansen's  being gone creates an empty space in this world...And now that space will be filled with all the memories he helped create in life. My heart is broken for you all Lesley, Hayden and Skip

Love, Tami

Ever loved-always loved. How could you not love Jansen after meeting him. He was warm, funny, sensitive, kind, exuberant, and full of life. We met Lesley and Jansen through the movie, The Forger. From there we became fast friends and had many trips to Burbank, Los Gatos, Carmel, and Tahoe together. Our family and friends enjoyed each other’s company.

Jansen was gifted in everything he did. Such talent! I enjoyed reading everyone’s comments and viewing all the photos of him presented by family & friends. Such a beautiful tribute. He had a beautiful family and upbringing. I’m fortunate to have met his inner circle. We are all blessed to have known Jansen, and we’re heartbroken he is no longer hug-able but he’ll be in our hearts forever.

Sending heartfelt condolences to Lesley, Skip and Hayden.

With love,

Susan & Andy Eshkar Jonathan & Blake

Dear Skip, Leslie, and Hayden,

There are no words for now, except to say how deeply saddened we are, and that you are all in our hearts.  We can see and feel the light in Jansen's beaming, mischievous smile.

Sending you all our love,

Kim, Eric, Nicholas, Liam, and Isabella.
