My deepest condolences to the family. I never had the pleasure of meeting Jackie, but I knew her daughter Josephine. In knowing her, I felt as though I had a grasp on what a strong, caring, loving mother Jackie was. My heart truly goes out to the entire family. From the stories I've heard, Jackie was extremely loved, cherished, and admired.

Miss Jackie's Sunday Morning - A Poem

A dear friend of mine named Josephine, introduced me to her mother

I referred to her as Miss Jackie and such kind words she uttered

I recall one Sunday morning, they invited me to a meal

I laughed and talked with Miss Jackie as she waited for God's will

When I got word of her passing, my eyes filled with midst

Thoughts of that Sunday morning, chatting over eggs and grits

Now her three beautiful daughters will carry on her flame

I'm happy to have met Miss Jackie, Sunday mornings won't be the same

I’m so sorry and shocked to hear about Jackie’s passing. I worked with Jackie on and off since 2015 and witnessed her challenges with health issues, but she just kept going with optimism. I’ll always remember her big smiles that can melt people’s heart and her enthusiasm. Please accept condolences and sympathy for your loss. May Jackie rest in peace. There are no tears and pain in heaven.

I remember meeting Jackie at Pasadena Church when she approached me to ask a question regarding something she heard me say. Jackie loves helping others and begin to share with me what she did for a living and what her passion was for others.

Jackie encouraged me to keep doing what I was doing to help other women and why it was so important. That was who she was a women on a mission who held back no punches, loving and kind is how I will remember her.

I’m incredibly shocked and saddened to hear about Jackie’s passing. Thankful to have been her roommate on a gospel missions trip to Japan. Kindness and the love of Jesus oozed from her heart, and I could tell that everyone felt held by the Father in her presence.  Her spirit shined bright and made us feel welcomed. My heart is with you all.  Praying for your family. ❤️

Sending my thoughts and prayers to Jackie’s family and friends. Jackie loved well and is well loved. Her gift of kindness, compassion and fiery abandonment through love is what I will remember most. Her laughter was contagious and will certainly continue to resonate through our hearts when we think of her.

Unable are the loved to die for love is Immortality.

God continue to Bless and keep you all.

My condolences to the family and friends!  Jackie and I were like sister-girlfriend and we also worked as Therapists at the same building.  We have mutual sister-friends! I am heartbroken and remember when you came to the office with your daughter - right after the first surgery!  You looked amazing - God definitely have an Angel

My sincere condolences you my friend for the loss of you dear mother. RIP until we see her again❤️🥰😘
I extend my sincere condolences. I used to work with Jackie and BHC Alhambra. We were all working towards getting licensed.  She was supportive, pleasant, and a little bit of a firecracker in the best way. I loved sharing an office with her. She was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I can’t believe she’s gone but I know she is in heaven with God.

A Poem I wrote:

Your Gift… to Me Jackie

You are here.

Spirit alive.

Cried, yes my friend.

You live always in grace and honesty.

Now, I live to attend and adore my friendships more.

Your Gift… to me Jackie.
