Rich and Lisa…. Our deepest condolences for your family.  Ian was a great kid and a great scout.  Our son Jake showed us the obit. Grieve and be strong. We can’t imagine the pain.  Our prayers for you. Chris and Dale Nelson.

Dearest Lisa and Richard,

Nels and I are deeply sorry for the loss of your beautiful Ian. We will always remember his radiance, his calming energy, and open heart. I’ll never forget when he came to Thanksgiving. I’m not sure if his dazzling lion’s mane head of hair or his brilliant blue eyes walked in first, but either way he shined. He was an absolute pleasure to be with—a gentleman, helpful, fun and kind. He lives on through the two of you and his brother Owen and all those who were fortunate enough to know him. We are heartbroken for you 💔 and we’re sending you our prayers and all our love.

xxxxNancy

We are so sorry for your loss. He looks like a special young man gone way to soon.
We have no words.  Nothing we can say will ease this loss.  Ian was such a force.  His charisma was off the charts.  Ian’s adventurous spirit was fabulous!  And still he was a loving son and brother.  We are deeply sorry and know you will miss him forever.   We love you  Rich, Lisa & Owen.

I remember Ian distinctly and his unbounded energy as a young child , I taught him swim lessons one summer at the racquet club almost 25 years ago. I am so very sorry for this tragic accident.

Dear Rich, Lisa, and Owen,

We are so very sorry for your profound and devastating loss.  You are all in our thoughts and prayers.              Ellen and Steve

Lisa, Rich and Owen. Sending our love for you to find comfort in the coming days. We know only too well how devastating it is to lose a child.

Your beautiful tribute for Ian brought tears to our eyes. Cherish your memories and carry Ian in your heart until you meet again.

There are no words that will ever adequately express how truly sorry I am for your loss. Ian was such a brilliant light on this Earth and he will be so deeply missed. He changed so many lives with who he was. He created space for people and was so truly, deeply kind. I'm sending light, prayers, and healing vibes your way in hopes there will be some comfort or peace or solace. I am so, so sorry, Lisa and Rich.
I'm so sorry for your loss, Rich and Lisa! /Max Holm
