Ich war traurig und erleichtert, als ich die Nachricht von Gabis Tod hoerte.

Sie war für mich, die beste Mama der Welt für Ben und Timo.

Leider ist sie viel zu frueh von Euch gegangen.

Unsere gemeinsame Zeit war voller lustiger und unbeschreiblich schöner Momente. Trotz der großen Entfernung hatten wir eine ganz besondere Verbindung und Freundschaft. 

Ich vermisse Dich, werde Dich nie vergessen und immer in meinem Herzen tragen. 

Dear Timo, Benny and respective families,

You know how much Gabi meant to us. What a wonderful mom you had!

From the moment she reached out to me back in the late 90s (via a club we both belonged to) to the moment she passed, she was never far from my mind. She will forever be the kindest, most generous and most capable person I have ever met. There was never a problem that was too big for her. She would dig in and find a solution. Any computer issues? Gabi was your gal. Such a professional and so capable. 

But it will always be the way she helped guide me through my mom's cancer and my son's autism diagnosis that means to most to me. The details are a private matter but know that she was instrumental in setting me on the right path. I cannot thank her enough.

She never failed to remember birthdays and always sent a beautiful card. While that may seem a simple gesture to some, it was truly appreciated by me/us. 

It is saddening that she is no longer on this earth, sharing her beautiful smile and kind being with the world. It's truly our loss. 

She will forever live on in our hearts and cherished memories.
