Happy Valentines Night Out with the neighbors (80s limo not pictured)

We are so saddened and shocked to hear of Frank's Passing

I got to know Frank through our mutual friend Rick Howard. Frank and I both had a love for guitars and were able to play together a few times at a few boy's weekends. We furthered our relationship as Campbell boat owners and caught up with Frank and his family at the events

Our deepest condolences go out to the family as Frank will be dearly missed

Hangin' with the Cartainos, Great Times!

My deepest condolences to the Cartanio family,

I had the pleasure of working with Francis for many years when I was at SHI.  Through work, we had the opportunity to work on projects together and see each other at group meetings.  There was never a doubt that Francis would lighten up your day with a smile, kind thoughts, and a drive to make the world a better place.  His eyes sparkled when ever he spoke of his family, I'm truly sorry for your loss.  My thoughts and prayers are with you!

Michelle

To the Cartanio family,

I had the pleasure of being the hair stylist for many of you, including Frank for almost ten years. He was always the high light of my day. I knew he would have a smile on his face and a joke for me. Frank always showed such an interest in my life and my kids. Recommending places to take them, or with sage advice to a phase we were in. He spoke so often of his own family. Each of you. Frank was so proud of the women you became Kathryn and Christina. The jobs you have, the partners you chose. I didn’t get to hear about his granddaughter, as I moved away. But my heart fills with joy seeing the pictures on here of them together. I especially loved when it was getting close to house boat week! He had an extra pep in his step around that time. It really showed just how much he adored being with his family and friends. His outlook on life is an inspiration.  Never once in the ten years was he anything but happy, smiling, encouraging and uplifting. I know he is missed and loved by so many, including myself. I will always remember his love for his family, the lake, music, trivia nights, and jokes, and his dislike for the dermatologist (I hope you don’t mind me mentioning this one Frank;) Sending everyone my love.

To the Cartaino Family, my deepest sympathies. Frank was an absolutely wonderful human being. He was so genuine and a loving soul. A truly warm heart, he just made you feel good. It was an honor knowing him and I feel lucky to have shared some time with him. He just made you smile.

Love,

Adam Garcia

We first met Frank when John and Kathryn were moving into their condo.  We didn't have much time to chat as he was busy building furniture and working on other house projects for them!  We sensed right away what a nice and generous man he was.  Our formal introduction with both Frank and Lucille was when they invited us for a delicious BBQ meal at their home.  We sat outside and chatted for hours.  We enjoyed hearing about the Boys Trips to Lake Havasu, the houseboat trips to Powell, and his love for music and playing the guitar.  We are so grateful for the times we spent with Frank.  He was a loving father, husband and friend to many.
