Frank passed away at the age of 69 years young in Lake Havasu, Arizona after boating on his beloved "My Blue Heaven." He had been enjoying his yearly ‘boys boating weekend’ when he suffered a sudden cardiac episode.

He was born the oldest of four children in Indianapolis, Indiana. The family migrated to the west coast when Frank was a toddler as his father pursued his aeronautical engineering career. His mother busied herself with raising …
