Ethan and I grew up in our business together, he was my best friend and understood me in a way I’m afraid no one else can. He could lighten any mood and would go out of his way to spread kindness and strength. I didn’t necessarily know what to say here, because often times it still doesn’t feel real. I still feel like I can call him and hear that instant laugh of his that added so much joy to anyone around him.
Ethan, if they have the internet in Heaven I want you to know I miss you like crazy. I promise to honor your memory and finish all the plans we made together. It doesn’t feel the same to dream without you, but I know you’d be pissed if I give up haha. I pray you have found peace and ask you to watch over all of us as we navigate this life without you. I want you to know I kept all my promises and I wish you could see how your hard work has gone back to your family. I’m proud of you, and I know they are too. You gave me a new definition of family that I didn’t understand before and for that I will always be grateful. I love you brother, I hope you’re still dancing.
