POTLUCK FRIDAY NIGHT AT THE CASTLE (Kathy and Bob + family):

What to bring: either a dish, beverages, or both! No preferences on dishes.
Please carpool! We are trying to keep car traffic to a minimum.Please note: it is a mile from the gondola and there is limited parking so we must carpool there, we can use this chat to tell one another when we are headed up and pick up folks along the way.
From Highway 145, follow Mountain Village Blvd. to the first left - Adams Ranch Rd. Take Adams Ranch Rd. .6 miles to Adams Way. Then take a left on Lawson Point. You will find 120 Lawson Point on the right-hand side of the road. Please park in the driveway or the garage.

Day time Ski to celebrate Elyse:
In lieu of the Torchlight/Bombing Salute that was going to take place at Allred's, we are now going to do a group ski from "Top of the World" Ski Patrol hut to the bottom of the mountain. We would meet there around 3 pm and start skiing around 3:45 pm. Your best "Elyse attire" is required which means have fun with it and sparkle!

DIRECTIONS: To get to Top of the World, you can also take Lift sequence 4 to 5 to 6 and that will also get you up on to see forever, right above top of the world patrol station.
You’ve can also take either chair nine or chair 14 to get to that patrol station. Chair nine is the plunge chair and when you get off you stay left, so you’re actually heading sort of up the mountain. And if you take chair 14, the Gold hill express, You take a left and follow See Forever all the way down to that patrol station. It’s funny, it’s kind of tucked down into a hollow.

Ski Plans: group ski down See Forever at approximately 3:45, then people can either ski down the front to Telluride or Misty Maiden to Mountain Village - more details to follow. -
