Ellyn was an intelligent, fiery woman with an excellent sense of style and an incredible memory. I first met Ellyn when I began seeing my now fiancé, Jonathan Wilkes (Ellyn’s oldest son). I will always cherish the many conversations I had with her, right until the very end. She would speak of her happy times in New Jersey, the joys of raising her three sons, and her hopes and dreams for her four amazing grandchildren. I will miss our shopping quests (the most recent one being her search for the perfect athleisure set), our talks about good books, and of course, her wonderful sense of humor. Although she is no longer with us, her legacy and spirit will live on through the incredible family she created. May she rest forever in peace.
