Elaine K. MacDonald, 78, of Hot Springs Village Arkansas, passed away peacefully April 27, 2024.
She was born January 6, 1946 in Shreveport, Louisiana, to George and Joyce Kirspel.
After receiving her Radiologic Technologist degree in 1966, Elaine started her first job as an X-ray technician at Willis Knighton Hospital in Shreveport. In 1967 she met the love of her life, Charles MacDonald, and they married three months later. They had three children together, Colleen, …
