Pam, Kieran, mrs Ohliger, Pai…
PSU Roomates: John, Marshall, Dan, and Doug enjoying Bocce on the beach in OC NJ.

Pam, Kieran, mrs Ohliger, Paige, and Lara, our hearts go out to you for your loss.   Me and Mary were so saddened to learn of Doug’s passing.  He  was such a bright light, so full of life and fun person to be around.   As one of my roommates many years ago at Penn State, Doug was part of some of my best memories; he popped the cork the night we got engaged.  What a funny, witty, unforgettable and kind soul.  I took for granted that one day in our later years we would pick up where we left off.  So happy you were part of our lives. We will miss you so much Doug.

Doug was my Boss at Discovery Village Assisted Living. He loved working hard but also having fun! We have many great photos of him. In this one he made me dress up as Doug and he was the Emu from the Insurance Commercial. It was so funny. He was an amazing boss and respected by so many of his employees. He was not only a boss he was a friend as well.
Beyond deeply saddened to learn about the passing of my friend, mentor, and partner in crime. We only worked together for a few years, but Doug left a lasting impression on me. The world lost such a good person. Our thoughts and love are with Pam and the kids.
