It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beautiful Mother, Doris Beverly Forrest, in Calgary, Alberta at the age of 81. Doris was born in New York City, the elder daughter of Jack Forrest and Doris (Hamilton) Forrest.
She had an adventure-filled life in New York, Connecticut, Utah, Illinois, Oregon and Alberta. In New York, she spent several years singing at the Light Opera of Manhattan in her favorite Gilbert & …
