My heartfelt condolences to the family. May you all find comfort and strength in God’s Love and in the sweet memories of your amazing mom🙏.

Beloved Auntie Donna, it’s been a sad and somber period for me since the news of your demise! It is indeed very difficult to accept that you are no longer with us 😢. However, I feel blessed to have known you personally and spent time with you. I will forever cherish your uplifting motherly teachings, advice, and encouragements, particularly during those my clueless motherhood years. From spiritual guidance to domestic and parental tips, you showed me that “you don’t have to be blood to be a family.” In few occasions, you lifted me from some despondent valley to a mountain top with uplifting stories and words so simple, yet impactful! Auntie, if I didn’t say it enough to you, those were truly priceless and life-changing moments for me and my family.

As you have joined the host of God’s Angels to watch over your beautiful family and all of us, your legacy of Peace, Love, and Service will forever remain in my heart. Adieu sweet mother, as your soul Rests In Peace, Amen 🙏.

Nky Ohaya.

I’m so sorry about your mom and we all know she is with our Lord.  I loved  and being with her at different gatherings. She was a very wonderful woman and she will be missed forever.

Love and support ❤️🙏🙏👩‍⚕️💕

My sincere condolences to the family of late Mrs. Donna Okeke. May God give you strength, comfort and peace in your time of mourning.

Madam was a great leader, a mentor, role model and a mother to many. She had a way of giving instruction without saying a word. She was a mother to me from the first day we had met, and that continued until her passing. We kept in touch while she was in Colorado and also after she had moved to Arizona.

One of the many ways she exhibited the role of motherhood in my life was in 2003, when I was critically ill.

Madam stepped in to take care of my four-day-old son, while my family was figuring out my care. I appreciate the times we talked and the time we spent together, the last time being in my house in Colorado when she visited for my sister in law’s 60th birthday celebration.

I am grateful that I was able to introduce Madam to my mom when she had come to visit me in the United States, forming a bond instantly. Madam remained there to comfort me, when my mom passed in 2020.

It would take a lifetime to talk about all the memories Madam and I had shared together while she was alive.

Good night Madam, Rest in Peace till resurrection morning, when we shall meet, at Jesus’ feet.

-Ugochi Akotaobi

I will miss Madam so much, especially for the special name she used to call me (Ntam). My heartfelt condolences to the entire Okeke family. May Madam’s soul continue to rest in perfect peace until we meet again. Amen.
