Our deepest sympathy for the loss of Diane.  Due to distance we met infrequently over the years.

Our Mothers were sisters( Priscilla Short—- Grassick)

She always had a welcoming smile and an open and huge heart.

She was obviously held in high esteem by many friends and coworkers.

May sweet memories sustain you all at this difficult time.

Sincerely,

Rilla and Robin Carlson

To Uncle Butch, Kim, Heather, Adam and the whole clan. I will forever miss Auntie Diane! I still want to hear her voice calling me kiddo and taking me to all her favourite bakeries, walking spots and to all the beaches with fresh produce! She always made me feel like family, specifically like one of her own! Love you always Aunt Diane and thinking of all of you today especially, sending my love to all of you as well.

Me and Auntie Diane
My heartfelt condolences to all of you. Wishing you peace and comfort in the days ahead.
Diane was an exceptional health professional and passionate about her work and family. I'm grateful I got to work along side her. I am deeply saddened to see she has left us much too soon. I will always appreciate Diane for encouraging and providing opportunity for me to pursue my professional aspirations, speak my mind and have riveting debates with me on night shift on how to improve our workplace and health system. You will be missed and remembered. Sending lots of support and positive vibes to her family and friends.

When I moved back to Canada , Diane hired me into the ICU . She was my boss, mentor and coworker . We went thru some difficult work days and nights together , but I always admired her and enjoyed working with her . So sorry to hear that she has passed .
