Sincere condolences to Diane's family. She was a dear friend of mine through our mutual friend, Bruce Bellingham. I'll miss Diane and will never forget her. Sending love, Sharon Anderson
So many memories flooded up; just learning this sad news. I met Diane at Saks 5th Ave. in SF where we both worked in 77’—what a force of nature and one-of-a-kind amazing person! Had some fun times with she and Johnny. Chad! You stayed with us once in Oakland while she made a short trip—do you remember? I brought you to school and then picked up at the Hyde St. apartment. I know she is enhancing Heaven with her wit and charm in bliss and in pure love.💯❣️

In just 6 short years, Diane became one of my favorite friends and confidants. I cherish our friendship and time together.

I met Johnny and Diane in the 60's at Perry's on Union st in SF.  They invited me to join them for the Trans Pacific Ocean races in Honolulu.  We  became very good friends and took several trips together, Cabo San Lucas, Hawaii and Romania,  where we visited John's Father's birthplace.  After I lost my beloved West Highland Terrier to cancer Diane drove me to her friends who were breeders.  Diane was such a caring and generous friend, needless to say we came home with a puppy and Diane insisted on paying for half of the fee!  In short, she gave me 12 1/2 yrs of joy and happiness with my sweet McTavish, who passed in August.  Diane will be fondly remembered and always in my heart.
