I remember Craig being one of the leaders of the Physical Therapy profession during my career....he and Marty were such great, smart role models for me as a young PT, and for many years through all the learning and advances in our profession. I will always remember the amazing conversations about treatment methods then always a smile and a laugh to lighten things and make it real! Craig, you made the world a better place and you will be missed.

I was sorry to hear about Craig's passing. Although it had been several years since I had seen him, I have some very fond memories of him. When I was a very new physical therapist myself, he had a key to the cadaver lab at the UW and he and I met there for several months and enjoyed doing dissections together.
He was also very active in the state PT Association for a while, and was the Education chair. I was just going through my old PT notes the other day and came across notes from a conference he had organized about Motor Vehicle Crashes. He brought together many diverse disciplines, including people from the NTSB, as well as health care practitioners. I always thought it was one of the best and most complete conferences I had been to.
I also had seen Craig at various PT functions until he moved north and always enjoyed my interactions with him. His energy will definitely be missed.

Our sincerest condolences to Craig's family. During his career as a PT, he was able to help countless people, young to old, regain their true physical abilities, always with a joke and a smile...although sometimes we felt like he also had a whip! Irreplaceable! RIP, Craig.
