There are no words to describe the pain I feel for you and for the loss of Caitlin’s family. My deepest condolences from her Swedish (Sanna’s) mom. She visited our home many times and she loved our dogs, the endless sunsets and most of all the accessibility to the nearby sea. She always felt so free and so relaxed when she randomly fell asleep on our couch. I want you all to know that you always have a place to stay whenever you want to visit Gotland and Sweden. Caitlin was so loved and she was like a sister to my daughter Sanna. All my thoughts to you 🙏

May the passage of time enable every generation of the Fennessy and MacDonald families, and Caitlin's friends, to remember her with only happy thoughts and vibrant memories. Caitlin as an infant and as an adult - absolutely beautiful. Our hearts, heavy with sympathy and love - all that we have - go out to Martha, Michael, Meredith, Brianne, Conor and Aiden. There are no words.

I’m heartbroken. Caitlin, the first time we met you were 9 years old and I was in my 20’s meeting your family. You and I sat on that big rock by your pool and talked.
I was amazed by you. You were kind, inquisitive, so incredibly intelligent (!) and you made me feel welcome.
Every single time you walked into any room over the next 20 plus years I knew you, you exuded light, love— you just glowed. You tuned in to people with curiosity and love. You had a way of making whomever you focused your attention on, feel special.
Your cousins Jack and Danielle feel the same way as I, that you made them feel special. They are devastated.
Your cousin Grant is where you are, and that is everywhere❤️
