Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,
Thank you all so much for your thoughts, kind words, prayers, messages of support and donations.
We will hold a memorial service for Brooke on Saturday March 1st at 1:30pm at the Ekoji Buddhist Temple (6500 Lakehaven Lane, Fairfax Station, VA). If you wish to come and honor his memory you are welcome.
It will be a Buddhist memorial service where prayers will be offered and incense burned in his memory. It will be a simple ceremony with no reception.
It has been wonderful to see the community come together to support and honor Mr. Brooke, Mr. Bertholet.
