My condolences to Bo's family. I first met Bo at June Lk, as we were both on the board for Edgewater Condominiums. From that first day, we were connected by a spiritual connection that comes from time to time between two people for some unknown reason. We just clicked. When I would be camping in the June lake area or staying at our Edgewater condo, I would call him from time to time to see if he was at his condo. He would sometimes bring one or both of his dogs AND a bottle of wine to our camp site and join us for dinner or just to visit. He and his wife, Marcella were salt of the earth. Marcella was so nervous when she took the responsibility to choose the color combinations when painting all the Edgewater buildings, but Bo was right there to back her up and ease her anxiety. The job turned out amazing. My only regret is that I didn't spend more time with Bo. I'm a BIG fan of music... but I never new about his love of music. So sad..... The one thing we ALL have in common, is that Bo made this earth, which God created for us, a better place to live in. THANK GOD FOR BO................

Somewhere in Heaven there is an outdoor doubles handball game going on between Bo, Kennelly, Jeff Cena, Del Tucker & Al Viallobos. The players all wear the same team jerseys, with Winnie-the Pooh on the back and a powdered orange drink on the front! The games are all played to 69, and everybody wins every game! Xoxo Bo!

SUPPLIES!!! That was the punchline of a joke Paul told Bo early on and every time we'd see him that was the opening Cry!!!Bo has been preparing our taxes for at least 30 years. In October, when we were completing our meeting Bo shared with us his love of music and how his "band" played at a practice studio on Lincoln Avenue every Wednesday night. The studio was just a mile down Lincoln from our home!! We couldn't believe we never knew. So, of course, we showed up the next Weds., met the band with a bottle of tequila and a had a great time. One of the last songs he performed for us was "I Love Your Mother" It cracks me up..ENJOY!!!

This is the video I shared in my story about Bo sending me songs to produce during COVID. This one “There for you “ shows the love of God caring for you in times of crisis. (Shared here cuz apparently the video won’t play in the story I shared ).

I’m rather Speechless 😶 to know that I, will never see Bo in person, after 27 years of Friendship, and taking care of my taxes. He was the Kindest, Caring , Loving, Husband, Father, Grandfather , Son , Brother and Human being , I, have ever met Especially in the business World, He treated everyone like his own Family, My Heart is 💔. I, know He is resting in the arms of God watching over his Beautiful Family and us . But He will be missed on Earth every single Day. Prayers 🙏are up👏🏽.

This is a video I made for Bo who sent me the song recorded on his phone during COVID. It shows his inimitable sense of humor in the midst of crisis. His deep bass voice ala Johnny Cash was the perfect matchup to his acoustic guitar so I added nothing but the video. I don’t think this song was ever published or recorded anywhere else so enjoy this special humorous piece of Bo’s heart.

My wife and I were being audited and came across a really nasty IRS Agent. (Claimed it was her that got Oscar's swag taxed as income). She was so uncooperative that Bo Called me and Said, "Randy, you've got to handle her. You've got the temperament to deal with her. I don't." So I went to his office, went thru the audit with her for several days, and at the end she smiled at me and said, "That will be $30,000!" When I said I'd have to talk with my wife about this, she got furious! Demanded that I sign immediately. I said no, and Bo came out and said, " I've got to go pick up someone, so let's talk later." Later, Bo told me she called him and cussed him out, so much so that he recorded it. Every year we would talk about that Agent! Always got a big smile from him! We will miss him dearly.

I hung out a lot with Bo in high school. I met him in geometry class. We also took an after-school class in graphic design. We both loved playing around with language, making spoonerisms (we called them roonerspisms). I loved his sense of humor.
Sometime in the early 90s, we hooked up again, and I came to dinner at his house. He told me he admired me for becoming a graphic designer, for actually doing what we both set out to do in school. I told him I admired him for becoming so successful with work, having a sweet family, and a nice home (I hadn't achieved those things yet). I was learning to play fiddle, and I scratched out a tune. His kids immediately started dancing all over the house. What a great memory. I wish we had visited more often.

I’m gonna miss my best friend since 8th grade. We grew up together in Canoga Park playing music in numerous bands. During COVID Bo sent me a couple of songs he wrote and recorded on his phone. I added backing vocals, bass, piano and my son added violin. The song is “There for you” a touching piece about the presence of God to comfort you. Love you Bo - see you again in heaven.

I was very sorry to learn this news. I last saw Bo in October, and we got caught up on world affairs and life. Bo always took time to find out how I was doing and learn what was happening in my ministry life. He was curious and empathetic.
I am very sorry for your loss and pray for you all as I write.

I was stunned to hear the news of Bo's passing. I saw him in October and we laughed and talked about playing music, family and life. He had no gray hair and seemed to never age compared to me. I will miss him greatly as my amazing tax professional, but most of all, as my friend.
Rest well by friend. - Dustin

I can’t come to the thing, I’ve known Bo for almost 30 years. He was my accountant but he was much more than that. Bo was a spark of good. He just had it in him. Very sweet very caring. Very clever. Interested in the world around him. And just good to his core. Hopefully it rubs off on the rest of us.
