Meeting her was a privilege for us. From day one, she was always very kind, sweet and warm with us and always very special  with our son Juan Ignacio Restrepo. Her smile and warmth was contagious. She was always ready to help and to host the family and friends to celebrate every special occasion. She will be in our hearts for ever.

There was so much more to Bev than a beautiful face. She loved life and especially her family. She was gracious and giving. My favorite thing about Bev was how humble she was as a Doctor. She shared with us (Bible Study Fellowship) how she often sat in the parking lot before she entered the hospital and prayed for a specific patient and result

RIP sweet Bev, we’ll miss you but know you’re with your Jesus……probably consulting on a case  ♥️

My favorite memory of Aunt Bev was when we would go to visit her when I was young. Every morning she would be doing her morning routine of doing her hair and makeup. I was fascinated!!! My mom didn’t wear makeup every day, but I would love to go down and watch Aunt Bev put on her face for the day! She always let me help when I was there. Curling her hair and helping with her blush brings back so many great memories for me. She always accepted me and never judged. I’m sad and happy that the last time I saw her was at my wedding this past October. Her and Randy rocked the steampunk theme! I will forever remember Bev as one of the coolest and loving people I’m proud to call family. I love you all!
Bev is someone who positively impacted everyone she touched. I was lucky to be a part of her life and luckily that continued through my boys Parker and Payden. I model many of my “Mom” practices from what I learned from her. She will always be remembered as an incredible Mother, Grandmother and overall extraordinary human being and physician. I’ve never known someone who cared so much about others so quickly. Her empathy was remarkable. I remember her staying up until 2 AM reviewing patient charts before a big family holiday, then staying up all night to wrap presents for the family the next morning. She will be very missed, always loved and remembered. We love you all. Whatever you need. Shel and Glen

Bev made a difference in so many lives. She will always be missed but her legacy will always live on through those that she loved. We understand the loss of a loved one can be hard on family and friends. We are here for you and your family to help in any way that we can.
With deepest sympathy, Your Tozer Eye Center Family
Dear Randy & Tozer family,  We are So sorry to hear of the loss of Bev. We have known her for decades as a compassionate colleague and supportive friend. We have been Blessed to know her. You are in our prayers. With love, Monica & Larry Konzen
I am one of many who mourn the loss of Beverly Stonecipher Tozer who was my dear and trusted friend of 65 years. I knew Beverly best before she was Dr. Beverly Tozer.  Bev and I grew up together in Salem, Illinois in the 50's and 60's and shared everything  including, Girl Scouts, Sigma Phi, prom court and high school graduation.  It will not surprise anyone to know that she was as gracious, kind, and capable in elementary school as she was in medical school and as a practicing physician. I will miss her always... as will all of her friends and family.  May peace be with her family and community.
I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Dr. Beverly Tozer. I was her medical secretary in Women’s Health at Mayo Clinic for ten years and found her to be a warm and caring physician. She was always kind and compassionate to those who worked with her.  I send my deepest sympathies and prayers to her entire family during this difficult time 🙏🏻💔
Sending my condolences. I know from what my daughter, Lydia Anzaldua Layman, has expressed to me that she was a great lady. David Anzaldua, MD.
