It was a rude shock  to hear about Sir Doks's passing. May happy memories of Sir Dok’s bring comfort at this sad time. My family thoughts and prayers are with you all   He was such a lovely  and caring  person. May his soul rest in perfect peace amen 🙏
Daddy Doks, this doesn't feel real. I still can't come to terms that you are no longer with us. I was still planning to finally bring the baby to meet you during my time off work! Truly nobody knows tomorrow! I thank you for always being there. Through all the milestones in my life you have been present...Oh! My dearest uncle and mentor you shall be greatly missed. I celebrate the great and amazing man that you are. I will always remember the love, care and enthusiasm you shared for life and most especially the way you always showed up for your loved ones. Our Olori Ebi and beloved leader, my beloved and irreplaceable uncle! May Heaven embrace you as you watch over us. Love Adetola (Daddy's 6th daughter)

My condolences to Sir Doks's family. I first met Sir Doks when my brother Folaju passed away in 1994. I can remember very vividly that Sir Doks and his lovely wife were the first family to pay us a visit. I would always remember this token of genuine love and friendship. I attended the same university "Great Ife" as Sir Doks. He was very instrumental in my admission and securing an appropriate accommodation. I cannot but say thank you Sir.

You were a pillar amongst men! I am the man I am today because of your selfless love and care.

We take consolation that you are in a better place. Sun re Sir Doks!

On behalf of the Ayansina's family, please accept our deepest condolences.

Brother Dokun, gone so soon. It was a rude shock. My condolences to all the family. May his gentle soul continue to rest in perfect peace.

In retirement, some time in 2014, I approached Sir Doks to help us develop a HR System for a shell-supported community health facility that we were using to pilot a community based health insurance scheme. He immediately understood our goals and objectives and accepted to do it at a nominal cost.

He approached this work with all sense of responsibility and professionalism. He met and exceeded our expectations.

The HR system that he developed for us was one of the critical success factors for this multi-award winning health program that has saved and still saving thousands of lives. The HR system is still in use today and the program has grown exponentially.

Sir Doks will be always be remembered with fondness for his kindness and generosity to all.

May his gentle and kind soul rest in perfect peace. (Amen)

I can never forget the fatherly role you have being playing in my home since the demise of my husband twenty- four(24years) years ago till four days to death when we spoke my darling brother. You really played the of "Oloriebi" to the core. I loved so much right from our childhood. Even in death, Broda Dokun ( as I fondly called you),I Love You More! Sleep on my wonderful brother till we meet to part no more. Adieu!

Sir Doks!!!!!

My great Uncle, Father-figure and a great mentor to so many of us!

He is now resting in the Lord!

He was a rare gem! Very loving, accommodating, generous, and extremely very caring.  He was one of those who made me so close to Ile-Ife as my mum’s home town.

He was a man of NO BIAS!

He has left a great legacy behind.

So painful to know you are gone……Yes! Death indeed is inevitable but why NOW?

Rest on Sir Doks!

Your  memories lingers on!!!

Oh, death where is thy sting!

It is will great pain I write this tribute to a great, loving, and generous man and a father figure.

I remember those days, you took me as a son and always showed great care for me.

You were a renowned headmaster and we all felt the impact.

You are gone now but memories of you linger on.

Sir Doks, Rest at the feet of Jesus Christ your saviour,
