Thomas Edwin Watts, MD, of The Woodlands, TX, passed away on Monday, March 18, 2024. He was born in 1944 in Naples, FL to Harold G. Watts (Red) and Alameda Ruth Watts. After WW2 the family moved back to Texas where Tom grew up on a cotton farm outside of Floydada, Texas.
