For all of us who strive to live a life of good thoughts, good words and good deeds, Tom showed us all the way.  Secure in his foundation based on the love he had for Diane, his children and his grandchildren especially - Tom lived his life to the fullest - ALWAYS giving. Tom was the most empathetic person I ever knew and likely he will be the most altruistic person I will ever know.

These past few days without him make me realize how much I miss my friend. The past 5 years, being blessed spending most days of my life seeing him regularly, he made me realize how important it is to see the positive in everything I do. He helped me more than I ever got to convey to him and he loved my family and all of us at Neurology Center as his own family.

We truly can say we all are better people when God brought him into our lives and Tom will forever be caring for us as he helps us with his endearing spirit from beyond.

Tom was one of my best friends who truly was one of a kind. He was my partner and we built an amazing business together. I miss him more than anything but take solace in knowing his spirit is alive and watching over all of us.

Tom was truly a leader of men.  He taught me a tremendous amount of things. Things I will happily take with me for the rest of my life. He was kind, understanding, direct when he needed to be, but most importantly honest. I never heard him say a negative thing about anyone   He taught me patience, humility, and understanding.   I value the true genuine friendship  we had. I am so glad that I got to know you and am even happier to have called  you friend!!!!   Rest easy Tom.  Thank you for being a part of my life and my friend. I will truly miss you.  ❤️

We were deeply saddened when we heard the news of Tom’s passing.  Our family has known Tom for 20 years.  He was practically family to us - always there to lend a helping hand, always genuinely curious how our family was doing - and always talking about how proud he was of his family.  He was an incredible man - bright, always positive and a blessing to all those around him.  We will miss him dearly.  Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife, kids and grandkids.  - MacDonald family

We are heartbroken Tom was an amazing person,  friend which we called family .  I will always cherish all the good times we shared . My heart goes out to Diane , Tommy, Corey and Megan and the rest of the family 🙏🏻❤️❤️

My heart goes out to Diane and family.  I continue to pray for you all, for God to give you the strength you need at this sad time. Tom was my friend.  No matter how busy he was he took the time to take my calls or text. He would do anything for me. He took care of my home when I traveled ( with Tom taking care of my home I worried about nothing) I  would miss my friends smile,  his hugs . He was a good man.
