Personal note from Peter and Margot

Dear friends and loved ones of our dear Sydney,

We want to thank you all for the love, support and memories you have shared with us, both at the May 12th Celebration of Life, which many of you were able to attend, and in day-to-day messages and visits in the months since her passing.

We've finally managed to edit the video of the Celebration at Look Park and gather the memories shared during the event. Our apologies that it took so long.

As so many attested, Syd was determined to live every moment to the fullest, even after her cancer diagnosis in 2020. It was just a year ago today, June 18, when Syd suffered the major stroke that led to her death nearly two months later.

Throughout her life, Syd embraced those around her with a generous, loving, courageous soul, which we all so loved and cherished. We are constantly reminded of her by the song of a bird, the blossom of a flower, a kind gesture, moving music, a view of the ocean, a starry night.

She will be with us always.

Love to you all, Peter and Margot
