I am so sorry about the loss of your mom, my friend Lisa. We worked together in Colorado Springs, CO at Aragon Elementary School. We were able to keep in touch with one another, no matter how far. She was a compassionate person. I will miss her.
I was heartbroken to hear about Lisa's passing. She was an amazing teacher who truly cared about her work and the people around her. When I became principal at Elizondo Elementary in 2018, she was one of my first hires, and her dedication was a huge gift to our school and students. Lisa had a special way of connecting with everyone she met and inspiring the teachers around her. She could break down lessons so that every student, no matter their challenges, could learn and succeed. Lisa was loved by so many, including me, and her kindness and light will live on in all of us.
My sincere condolences to you on the loss of your beloved mother, grandmother and family member. Lisa was a special person! We went to High School together and played bunko together before she moved. Very fond memories of her vibrant personality. Will continue to pray for all of you during this difficult time.
Dani, Brent and Chris I am so very sorry for the loss of your mom. A truly great friend as well. She would be there no matter what if you needed her. To share a joke or a story or just about anything. I will miss our texts anytime of the day. Talking to her and her friendship. She loved unconditionally and would be there for any of her kids no matter what it took if they needed her. The love she had for you and all your families will be her legacy. Till we meet again my friend.
