Ruthanne Rose Smith, age 82, passed away peacefully at her home in Redwood City, California, on March 18, 2026. As the bells rang, her spirit rose and ascended into heaven for eternity.

Ruthanne is lovingly survived by her children, Theodore Ressler and Catherine Licht; her four grandchildren, Talia Licht, Kezia Licht, Tanner Ressler, and Olivia Ressler; her soulmate, Timothy Manuel; and her sister, Linda Aust.
