Personal note from Rose's Family

Thank you so much to everyone visiting this page of our mom. We will miss her tremendously and would love to have you share your favorite memories of her on this website.

Our beloved friend and mother Rose Agbemenu recently passed at her home on Sunday August 14, 2022. Known to many as Sister Rose and Ma Rose, she was someone who touched the lives of those around her. Mom was diagnosed 2 years ago with a rare hereditary disease which attacked her heart. During these past 2 years she stood tall and strong in the face of a disease that had no cure. Upon discharge from her last 2 month stay in the hospital, we were told she only had about a week to live, but mom being the fighter she was proved them wrong and gave us 1 month.

Mom dedicated over 20 years of her life to taking care of others as a Certified Nursing Assistant. In the end she could no longer take care of herself, as this disease took over her body and took away her ability to enjoy life to the fullest. No amount of planning could ever prepare you for the loss of a loved one.
Sincerely,
The Family of Rose Agbemenu
