Robert G. Shulman, Sterling Professor Emeritus of Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry in Yale’s Faculty of Arts and Sciences (FAS) and Yale School of Medicine (YSM), died on Sunday, January 11, 2026 at the age of 101. He is survived by his wife of nearly 40 years, Stephanie Spangler, sons Mark Shulman (and his husband Diego Diaz) and James Shulman, and three granddaughters Kaiulani, Camilla, and Emma.
