From tutoring me in algebra to helping me quit smoking…

through breakups, wild adventures that somehow landed us in drunk tanks, and hitchhiking back from Santa Cruz…

from partying with Flogging Molly to luxury stays in Vegas…

late-night conversations that turned into sunrises…

roaring, can’t-breathe belly laughter…

from sticky, dimly lit dive bars to the kind of places where you dress up just because you can…

If it doesn't taste right, it probably needs more onion or more bacon. Probably both! My kitchen was often the center of Ray's stay on his long visits. First order of business is arranging the fridge in a more sensical manner. Next up, grocery store...we need all the foods. From the kitchen island, the laptop is on, work is being done, music is playing, or the Internet is constantly showing him why it's amazing. Dinner, desert, dishes, visits. We stood around that thing for hours, TV in the background, talking with my best friend 💔
