It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Ralph Michael Pastore, he left us on December 31st at the age of 95. Ralph was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather who touched the lives of many with his wisdom, love, and dedication to his family.

He is survived by his loving wife of 73 years, Emma Pastore; his four children Michael Pastore, Joseph Pastore and Patricia Flores, Benjamin and Becky Pastore, and Valerie(Pastore) and Mark O’Connor. He was also the proud man of 10 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.

A true craftsman at heart, Ralph played a key role in helping build many iconic buildings in the city he loved; Jack Murphy Stadium, the San Diego Convention Center, and Children’s Hospital to name a few. On the golf course he was known for hitting it straight down the line, whether it was on the fairway or putting for the win. To his family, he was known for his unwavering love for his wife, and his deep passion for family, always reminding us of the importance of one another.

His guidance was a constant source of strength to those who knew him. He will be greatly missed, but his memories will live on forever in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him.
