Born in Bakersfield, California, Phillip embraced the joys and challenges of parenthood at a young age, becoming a dedicated father. He was a loving and selfless dad to his children, Phillip and Catalina, always striving to provide for and support his family.

Dear Friends and Family,

As we approach the one-year mark since the heartbreaking loss of our beloved father, Phil Dorado, our hearts are still learning how to carry the weight of his absence. This past year has been incredibly difficult — filled with grief, reflection, and moments where we leaned heavily on one another for strength. Through shared memories, stories, and quiet support, we’ve continued to find our way forward — together.

In honor of Phil’s life and legacy, we are coming together as a team — Break the Silence - Phil Dorado — to participate in the Out of the Darkness Walk. This national movement brings together those impacted by suicide and mental health struggles to raise awareness, offer hope, and fund critical support.

We invite all who loved Phil to walk with us on October 19th at Liberty Station in San Diego. Whether you knew him as family, a friend, a colleague, or simply someone who made you smile — your presence means everything.
