I never met him, but he has a wonderful son and daughter that I have spent time with, and he seemed like a very kind and respected man. And was very fond of drag racing with his family.I hope your family pushes through this together, and carry on his legacy of drag racing. ❤❤❤

Our condolences to the Rienstra family.  We were so saddened to hear of Nick's passing.  He was a good friend, competitor, and a great father to both Nathan and Ella.  Our weekends at the track will not be the same.  We'll be including Nick and the family in our prayers. Much love to the entire family from a long ago friend. Dennis, Francine, Doug and I were friends and along came Nick. I cannot imagine the hole in your hearts from the loss of this beautiful, vital man. I send all love to the extended family.

My sincerest condolences to the Reinstra  family.  Nick was few years older than me and I knew him via a mutual friend from Venice Pizzeria. Nick was an awesome guy and excellent friend. He did some amazing things in the world of NHRA drag racing. While I had moved from Tucson and was not in contact with Nick when he got married and had children, I have no doubt that he was an excellent family man. I’m devastated for his wife and kids… I hope this time passes as best as it can. Sincerely, Eric Brown

The Minson family first met Nicholas when our son Bryan and he played soccer as little boys.  Those little boys too quickly became men seeking their education, following their passions, building careers and their own families.   The Minson’s have enjoyed over the years learning of Nicholas’s success, shared with his wife and children.  Therefore, it is with sadness that we must say farewell at this time.   We trust that with Nicholas’s inspiration, his family will travel forward in pursuit of their goals and success.
