In highschool Michael would drive my friend and I to the gym and we'd workout together.

He always had his big gym duffle bag with chalk, snacks, caffeine pills, etc. But he always wrote down something after he did a set of working out.

Idk what he wrote but he was very diligent about his process, he never made me feel bad for not knowing how to do a workout and helped me with what I didn't know.

Michael was always so kind, he never made me feel scared to be around men.

I didn't contact him after high school, I wish I did, we would've gotten along so well especially with anything barista and gym related.

I went to elementary school with Brianna. I'm so sorry for you and Michael's family, my love is with you.

My condolences to Michael's family. I've known Michael since 2018 through Melee and throughout all this time, he was the one that pushed me the most in competition and I'll forever cherish that. On top of that, he was so kind and always a pleasure to be around. Rest easy, Steech.
I’m sorry Micheal passed away, I didn’t know him very well but I do remember him from high school and it’s really sad news to hear what happened.

One of at least twelve birthdays our boys, Nathan & Zachary shared with Michael. We will all miss his friendship, humor and brilliance.
Michael loved to banter with me. His stories and responses to my jokes were absolutely hilarious. We talked and explored any topic under the sun. Pokémon, types of noodles, exercise, engineering, whether or not anger is helpful, and all the ways to explore a city while traveling. I’ll never forget when we were in Detroit and I saw him outside of our hotel room on his way to explore the waterfront because it seemed peaceful and nice.

This was Valentine's day. We went to the bay and fed the seagulls. They started swooping in trying to take more food and we said we made a seagull army.

Michael loved a good packed lunch. He often used his dino lunchbox, he certainly got his money's worth.
