On 17th February 2024 Motor Neurone Disease claimed another fighter. Matt fought hard for four years but passed away peacefully in his sleep. Matt had many obstacles in life but always took them in his stride with a smile on his face and never let them get in his way. His positive outlook on life with his strength and courage inspired so many people.
Matt was a proud father to his two children supporting them with all their sporting activities and followed them and will continue following them as they travel the world in their careers.
He touched so many lives and we will forever hold him in our hearts.
He will be greatly missed.
