Mary's obituary
We mourn the loss of Mary Korch, a beloved figure known for her vibrant personality and generous heart. Born on September 29, 1950, Mary made a remarkable journey through life before passing away on April 9, 2025. Her wit, charm, and heartwarming presence will be sorely missed by all who had the privilege to know her.
By anyone’s measure, Mary was a woman whose life was defined by her sassy humor, a trait that always made people around her laugh. She was known for her kind and generous character, always willing to lend a hand and bring a smile to everyone's face. She embodied an invaluable lesson that she often shared with others: no matter the task at hand, it should be approached with fun and enthusiasm. Whether it was helping with essays or scripts, Mary was always there, offering her assistance and support with grace and cheerfulness.
Mary’s life wasn’t simply defined by her engaging personality. Behind her twinkling eyes and warm smile was a woman of substance and depth. She made significant contributions to the underserved, extending her hand in help to those who needed it. Her commitment and hard work stand as a testament to her strength of character, and she has left a lasting impact on the lives she touched.
A much-awaited Celebration of Life for Mary will be held on June 14, 2025, from 2-4 PM at 1490 W Dry Creek Way. In Mary's honor, and in lieu of flowers, we invite you to support the charity "To honor her memory by supporting a charity or organization" at https://everloved.com/life-of….
Mary leaves behind a legacy that will continue to inspire everyone. She was known for her leadership qualities, her beautiful singing voice, strong friendship, enjoyment of sports (when her teams were wining) and her undying love for animals (squirrels, birds and especially crazy cats and dogs over the years). Her ability to make friends everywhere she went speaks volumes about her magnetic personality. Let's remember Mary as a warm, caring, and supportive person who brought cheer into our lives and created a legacy of involvement, love, and friendship.
