I had the opportunity to work with Malik this past summer at Project Transformation and I’m so grateful to have crossed paths with him. He really was a cheerful soul and he always made sure to ask me how my day was when he would see me. His bright soul will live on with us forever and till we meet again Malik.

My deepest condolences to the family as you go through such a difficult time and I pray that God covers you all with his love and warmth.

Malik was an incredibly enthusiastic and hardworking friend during project transformation. He was super intelligent and resourceful and had a wonderful sense of humor that could brighten anyone's day. His kindness and willingness to help others were remarkable, and it's heartbreaking to lose such a generous and caring soul. My deepest condolences go out to his family during this difficult time. I met Malik at Prpject Transformation this summer at Mcmillian UMC. Malik presented himself with such confidence, I wish I had at his age. He loved working with children, loved the Lord, and truly loved his family. The earth has lost such a gentle soul, but God is still God. To the family, I pray for your strength and peace.
